I am an LGBTQIA affirmative therapist, and welcome all communities.

- Cultivate more compassion for self and partner, especially in areas of sensitivity
- Pick up on expressive cues in partner that signal distress and gently intervene
- Become more intentional in conversation by slowing down
- Experience the benefits of practicing kind, loving, acts daily
- Practice how to honor, respect, and raise each other up
- State your own needs while keeping the connection strong
- Soothe and calm each other effectively during reunions, departures, and when in distress
- Help each other with limit setting when needed
- Attract your partner emotionally using attraction and persuasion and without using fear, threat, shame, blame, or guilt
- Become an expert handler of each other (much better than your parents were of you)
